Andrew Fein – Co-founder and principal of the Excalibur Group, Andrew graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Economics. He started his career selling investment properties in Brooklyn, NY until he moved to a Manhattan real estate firm where he sharpened his skills. Andrew has excellent relationships with some of the biggest players in the New York City real estate market. Andrew's extensive knowledge covers the full range of property transactions in terms of both asset types and deal size. He is fluent in Hebrew and Italian.
David Shenfeld – Co-founder and principal of the Excalibur Group, David graduated from Boston University with a degree in Hotel and Business Administration. David worked at a large realty firm in Manhattan and excelled there until opening The Excalibur Group in 2007. David’s ambition and discipline allow him to move the company forward while simultaneously addressing all the needs of his top priority: his clients. He is fluent in Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, Italian and Polish.
Bobby Khurana - Associate. Bobby always had an inherent interest in the dynamic field of commercial real estate. He pursued his passion in real estate and studied Urban Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Before joining Excalibur, Bobby concentrated on Manhattan retail and office leasing as a commercial broker. Eventually, his passion for investing lead him to focus strictly on investment sales. He brings dedication, knowledge and working harmony to the Excalibur Group and his clients.
Dustin Barrientos - Associate. Dustin is the first son of successful entrepreneur and hotelier Richard Barrientos. Ever since Dustin was a young boy, he has been next to his father to help renovate and flip apartment buildings and hotels. With his eye set on the big apple, he came to New York to maximize his ability to connect people together in the business world. Dustin also owns a promotion company that manages several international touring acts, and has employees that do marketing in various parts of the country.
